Ingredients
- 2 scoops unflavored ReBuild Protein Plus Probiotic Powder
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of pumpkin
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tsp coconut flour for dusting
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a mini muffin tray with coconut oil/spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Mix in the spices, baking powder, coconut flour, and ReBuild until smooth.
- Fill 16 mini muffin holes with batter (about ¾ full), then bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- Let donuts cool for a few minutes and dust with coconut flour.
