Ingredients
- 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Shake + Probiotic
- 240 ml dairy or dairy alternative
- 120 ml ice
- 1 tsp chai spice blend (recipe below)
- ½ tsp maple syrup
Chai spice blend (makes a batch to keep)
- 4 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cardamom
- 1½ tbsp ginger
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp cloves
Method
- Add ice to blender.
- Add wet ingredients to blender.
- Add dry ingredients to blender.
- Replace blender lid and blend until combined and smooth.
- Pour into vessel of your choosing and enjoy!
